Johan Rogiers and Horia Chioseaua, partners of Millstone Developments, successfully exited their first local residential project known initially as Flanders Residential, located on Străulești Rd. The transaction was concluded with – Koramic Real Estate Belgium in 2018.
The Străulești Project was planned to offer, in the first phase, thirty-nine units divided in three low rise buildings. The project is located next to the Griviței Lake, an excellent location for fishing and outdoor activities.
